Grand slam for Isaac Paredes. His first MLB homer. Tigers lead, 7-5.

And Austin Romine delivers. He drives a pitch the opposite way to score Candelario. Tigers trim the deficit to two runs. https://twitter.com/EvanPetzold/status/1296965758568804355

Austin Romine extends his hitting streak to 7 games with a RBI single in the 4th inning. #DetroitRoots

Walk, home run, HBP, single, walk for the Tigers with one out in the fourth inning. Sets the table for Austin Romine, who has been solid with runners in scoring position.

Jonathan Schoop might have outhit Statcast with his moon shot to LF, whittling Detroit deficit to 5-2. He has three home runs since Aug. 12. Rest of team has four.

That ball was Schoop’d!@tigers on the board!#DetroitRoots | #SeeYa

Jonathan Schoop follows a Miguel Cabrera walk with a monster home run to left field. The Tigers still trail the Indians, 5-2, in the fourth.

Franmil Reyes strikes again, punishing Michael Fulmer for fastball command that troubled him all inning. His 418-foot home run to RCF stretches Cleveland lead to 5-0.

Franmil Reyes pounds a fastball from Michael Fulmer for a 418-foot home run. Make it 5-0, Indians. The Tigers are sticking with Fulmer in the third inning at 57 pitches.

Fulmer’s night just went from ah-ok, to ugly. Threw a 2-0 fastball into the wheelhouse of Franmil Reyes. Two-run blast to right center. 418 feet.

Looks like Rony Garcia will be next up. Fulmer is at 55 pitches with two outs in the third.

Lot of arm-side run on the 2-seamer for Fulmer tonight. It’s baffled Jose Ramirez twice. Two backwards Ks

Niko — efforting on that foul ball. Ran 30 yards never slowing down until he slid into the tarp.

This is why Statcast mystifies me, though. That 2-0 pitch looked juicy from here. And then it looks 50-50 on the chart. Oy https://twitter.com/evanwoodbery/status/1296959314402390018

You may be the first person ever to encourage me to be myself. Haha. Appreciate you. https://twitter.com/PCBSNews19/status/1296959055840382978

Isaac Paredes ended up taking a called third on a wicked curve ball. But he lost the at-bat when he took a center-cut 2-0 fastball. Don’t understand why he wasn’t jumping out of his shoes on that pitch

Cleveland scores three times in the second. Michael Fulmer is at 41 pitches and remains on a limit. He left after 58 pitches and 2.2 innings Sunday.

Pro play by Jonathan Schoop, diving stop to steal a hit from Hernandez and get Fulmer out of the inning. Three runs in. He’s at 41 pitches.

Excellent hustle from Michael Fulmer there, but he throws wild to first base. No injury concerns, but Naquin scores to give the Indians a 3-0 lead.
